Terms of Service

This describes the agreement between a paying customer ("the customer") and what is provided by www.passport-appointments.net ("the service").

Services Provided

We provide personal assistance (online/virtual) in scheduling and booking U.S. passport appointments. We focus on customer satisfaction. The website is designed to be user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and accessible. Our step-by-step instructions are concise and include links to official sources.

Extent of service

Once the appointment is booked the service agreement is complete. We will continue to assist in re-scheduling as needed. All communication must be done over e-mail or through the website.

We do not own the acceptance facility. We do not perform the appointment interview. The appointment must be done by a government employee ("the agent"). We have no affiliation with the US Government or USPS. We can not assist with the application during the appointment or after submission. Pathport LLC does not provide, assist with, or review U.S. government application forms or documents. Any guidance provided is limited to logistical information such as appointment locations, timing, and what to bring. Customers are responsible for completing all government application forms independently.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Although our service ends when the appointment is booked, we understand the experience is not complete. If the customer is not satisfied with the appointment location or time we can re-schedule for no extra charge. If the customer is unable to make it to the appointment, or runs into any unforseen issues, we can continue to assist in re-scheduling.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made through the service. The "Request Received" e-mail contains a link to request a refund. The customer must allow the service seven (7) days to approve or deny a refund before contacting the bank for a dispute. This Terms of Service document, along with the appointment confirmation, will be provided to all bank disputes.

There are no automatic refunds. If the appointment is canceled the refund must be requested. A refund ends the service agreement and the upcoming appointment may be canceled.

If a refund is requested before the appointment is booked it is approved immediately. If a refund is requested after the appointment is booked, the request will be manually reviewed. Refunds determined to be requested in good-faith will be approved.

The agent performing the appointment interview can not authorize a refund for the service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with any 3rd parties that are not required to schedule the appointment. We will share your personal information with USPS as per the appointment requirements. By accepting this agreement, you also accept the USPS Terms and Conditions.
